- Be organic. A carrot and celery are great stain removers for teeth. So chew on a carrot or celery after drinking your coffee and it will make a big difference.
- Have a regular dental cleaning. Tartar and debris hardened on the surface of the teeth that becomes stains as time passes by. When you notice some coffee stains or nicotine stains or any other type of stains on your teeth, make an appointment with your dentist to have them removed. Professional teeth cleaning, can only remove surface staining. If you have deeper staining that cannot be removed with a cleaning, then ask your dentist about teeth bleaching procedures. There are several teeth whitening options that you can choose from.
- Whitening pens. There are very inexpensive whitening pens you can get from your dentist which will only cost you a few cents per application. So after you drink your coffee, you just apply the tooth whitening pen and you are all set.
